We operate with small teams which ensures quality control and an extremely high productivity rate. Larger teams will be brought in if the site requires it. All our teams are accompanied by a supervisor to keep productivity and quality of service in check.

Building contractors are required to provide performance guarantees after the acceptance of a quote. Performance guarantees provides our customers with security should TGH Maintenance services not perform our obligations or required work, as agreed to. TGH Maintenance Services provides clients with coverage against workmanship and/or installation errors for a one year period.
TGH Maintenance Services provides a full job specification, aligned to the accepted quotation. We require that this be signed off before any work commences, to ensures that the final work/ product falls within the guaranteed.
